Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Beyond Today at 4.9 against LifeToday's 3.9. Beyond Today also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 75%) and ratings volume (257 vs 9). LifeToday's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 5 months vs every 15 months). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
