Verdict
The clearest difference is monetization model: TeachMe at free against Count, Sort and Match's paid. TeachMe also leads on rating (4.3 vs 4.0) and ratings volume (60 vs 1). Count, Sort and Match's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 92%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

TeachMe costs $2.99 and Count, Sort and Match $2.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
TeachMe holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: TeachMe has 60 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 92% of TeachMe's written reviews are positive against 100% of Count, Sort and Match's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
TeachMe ships an update every 2 months, Count, Sort and Match every 8 months. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 18, 2026 respectively.
