The clearest difference is review sentiment: וואלה at 46% against Mako app's 4%. וואלה also leads on rating (4.4 vs 2.2) and ratings volume (2.1K vs 131). Mako app's advantage is update cadence (every 9 days vs monthly). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
