EveryStride turns your Apple Watch and HealthKit running data into clear, actionable insights — without recording a single run itself. Connect once, and EveryStride automatically imports every run from Apple Watch, Strava, Nike Run Club, Garmin, and any app that saves workouts to Apple Health. Then it gets to work. DASHBOARD AT A GLANCE Your Home tab is a living dashboard — weekly goal progress rings, training load gauge, running streaks, and personalized recommendations all update as you run. See your last run's full stats including distance, pace, elevation, and heart rate right at the top. TRAINING LOAD (ACWR) A sports-science metric used by professional coaches, now in your pocket. EveryStride calculates your Acute:Chronic Workload Ratio — comparing your last 7 days of training to your 28-day average — and tells you if you're in the sweet spot, undertraining, or at risk of overtraining. PERSONALIZED RECOMMENDATIONS Based on your training load, streaks, goals, and recent activity, EveryStride generates up to 3 prioritized suggestions each day: target distances for next week, overtraining warnings, goal catch-up nudges, and rest day reminders. WEEKLY & MONTHLY HIGHLIGHTS Automatic, detailed summaries generated every week and month. See your run count, total distance, pace trends, personal records, and how you compare to the previous period — all with change indicators. ALL TIME STATS Premium users can view stats across their entire running history with year-by-year filtering. See your all-time records, averages, and trends. RICH CHARTS & STATISTICS Weekly Comparison, Weekly Breakdown, Monthly Distance, Pace Trend, Cardio Trend (pace + HR + elevation + resting HR), and Run Type Split charts give you deep insight into your training. CALENDAR HEATMAP Browse every month with color-coded day cells — green for outdoor, blue for indoor. Tap any day to see full run details. HOME SCREEN WIDGET A medium-size widget shows your weekly progress, goal rings, and streak count. FULLY CUSTOMIZABLE Toggle any card or chart on or off. Set weekly distance and time goals. Choose metric or imperial. Make EveryStride yours. PRIVACY FIRST EveryStride only reads your data — it never writes to HealthKit. Your workouts stay on your device and sync via iCloud.
