Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: iNet at 4.5 against Offline Reader Pro's 3.0. iNet also leads on update cadence (every 5 weeks vs every 51 months) and ratings volume (2.6K vs 5). Offline Reader Pro's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and device support (3 vs 1). On price and ads there is nothing between them.
