Time is precious, spend it working on the most important things... There are a million to-do lists and task managers in the App Store. PriorityWise is unique and better than others in many ways. Read on to find out how. • PriorityWise is designed to allow you to define areas of your life that are important to you and then track how often you are working on improving those areas. • In addition to simple to-do lists, PriorityWise also tracks your progress on the kinds of goals that are longer-term, such as "Raising good kids" or "Advancing your career". • You can record when you complete an item, but you can also record whenever you work on an item. Using this information, PriorityWise shows you what areas or projects you are working on the most, which ones you may be neglecting, and how long it has been since you have worked on items in any category. • You can easily set priorities and then continually see how your efforts are stacking up to those priorities. • You can create a simple to-do list, or you can create a hierarchy of items that contain sub-items which can themselves contain sub-items, etc. Make your lists as simple or as detailed as you choose. ________________________________ People often have a tendency to spend the most effort working on things that are the least important. PriorityWise is designed to help reverse that tendency and get your life moving in the right direction "priority wise". ________________________________

Ikioi-Do — Tasks that keep up with you. Most to-do apps make you slow down to stay organized. Ikioi-Do does the opposite: capture anything in seconds, and let the app do the sorting. Capture at the speed of thought Type or speak a task in plain language — "Pay rent tomorrow 5pm #Home @bills !high every month" — and Ikioi-Do reads it instantly: the date, the time, the project, the tag, the priority, even the repeat rule. No forms, no menus, no friction. Capture from anywhere: the floating quick-add button, Siri, Shortcuts, the share sheet from any app, or your Apple Watch. Organize however your brain works Group tasks into projects, and nest projects into sub-projects for real structure. View any project as a simple list or a drag-and-drop kanban board with To Do, In Progress, In Review, and Done columns. Build combined lists that merge several projects into one view without moving anything, and smart lists that filter themselves by priority, tag, or due date. Save a project's structure as a reusable template. And when a task belongs in more than one place, share it across projects — it stays one task, so completing it anywhere completes it everywhere. For thoughts that aren't tasks yet, the Mind Map gives you a free-form canvas to capture ideas, connect them, and promote the good ones into real tasks when they're ready. Know what to work on next The Eisenhower Matrix sorts everything by urgency and importance. Value vs. Effort surfaces your quick wins. The 1-3-5 method limits your day to one big thing, three medium tasks, and five small ones — on purpose. Eat the Frog picks the one task that matters most each morning. Plan My Day fits your tasks into today's actual calendar gaps. Focus, then track the momentum Run Pomodoro-style focus sessions with a live countdown on your lock screen and Dynamic Island. Drop into the full-screen Focus Board for a distraction-free glance at today's plate. A daily Dashboard shows completion gauges, a 14-day trend, and your streak — the number of days running with at least one task done. Built for teams, not just checklists Share any project with a teammate by email, and everyone works from the same live task list. Assign tasks to each other, discuss them in threaded comments, and get notified the moment someone adds something new to a shared project. Everything works offline and merges automatically the instant you're back online — on your phone, your Mac, or the web. Never lose the thread Set reminders by time or by location — get nudged the moment you arrive somewhere. Add a task straight to your calendar with one tap. Break a big task into checklist steps yourself, or let on-device AI draft the steps for you (or bring your own Claude API key for more nuanced breakdowns). Everywhere you are Home screen and lock screen widgets keep your list one glance away. A full Apple Watch app lets you complete tasks and dictate new ones from your wrist. A native Mac app mirrors the entire experience with a proper sidebar. And a lightweight web app means your list is one browser tab away on any computer. Make it yours Four color themes, light or dark (or match the system), a monochrome mode for a calmer look, and your choice of font and text size throughout. A guided Weekly Review keeps the whole system honest — every overdue, stale, or unfiled task gets an honest decision, once a week. Your data is always yours: export everything to JSON anytime, import it back in without duplicating a thing, or start fresh with a one-tap factory reset. Ikioi-Do — capture anything, organize everything, and finally get it out of your head.
