Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Cortex 5.0 at 5.0 against Puppet Pals's 3.8. Cortex 5.0 also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 10) and iOS requirement (10.0 vs 17.0). Puppet Pals's advantage is ratings volume (53 vs 1) and update cadence (every 6 months vs every 20 months). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.
