Verdict
The clearest difference is price: nandeyanen at Free against びっくりアプリ's $1.99. nandeyanen also leads on rating (2.0 vs 1.0) and ratings volume (5 vs 1). びっくりアプリ's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 58%) and update cadence (every 4 months vs every 16 months). On ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

nandeyanen is free to download; びっくりアプリ costs $1.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
nandeyanen holds the better App Store score, 2.0 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: nandeyanen has 5 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 58% of nandeyanen's written reviews are positive against 100% of びっくりアプリ's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
nandeyanen ships an update every 16 months, びっくりアプリ every 4 months. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
