Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: iPsychic at 4.2 against Private Psychic's 2.6. iPsychic also leads on review sentiment (48% vs 9%) and ratings volume (474 vs 16). Private Psychic's advantage is iOS requirement (9.0 vs 15.1). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
