Aaja ko chiya kasko? Settle it with five questions. Everyone at the table answers the same five questions on their own phone. Two minutes later the lowest score is buying the tea, and the app remembers, so next week nobody has to argue about whose turn it is. THE ROUND Five questions, drawn from a bank of 800 written for Nepal. Nepali general knowledge, films and music, cricket, geography, history, food and everyday life. The category rotates every round on purpose, because a quiz that is always general knowledge means the same friend loses every week, and that is not a game, that is a tax on one person. BAGH-CHAL Four tigers against twenty goats, on the board your grandfather played. Play a friend with a join code, or take on the computer while you wait for the tea. Three difficulties. The hardest one thinks four moves ahead and will beat you. THE DAILY QUESTION One question a day, the same for everyone. Answer it to keep a streak going. It takes thirty seconds and it is the reason to open the app on the four days a week nobody is sitting down together. PLACES Check in at the tea shop you are actually at. Every shop keeps its own list of regulars, ranked by who shows up. Your location is checked once, at the moment you tap, and never stored. Only the fact that you were there. FRIENDS Find people by username, see who is online, and start a game. THE TAB The app keeps a record of who bought last and who is behind. No money passes through it. There is no wallet, no card and no cut. The rupees stay between you and the shop, exactly as they already do. Made in Kathmandu by Ek Ra Sunya Inc.
