High Reaction Performance

HRP – High Reaction Performance is a neuro-cognitive training system for athletes. It trains visual perception, working memory, spatial orientation and reaction speed — the skills that make the difference under pressure. Two worlds, one sport-science logic: • OPEN SKILL (field) – Sensory Input and Space-Time, with their Memory variants: the app gives the stimulus, you react with your body in real space. With the new Voice mode the stimuli (colors, numbers, math) are read aloud, so you can train with your eyes closed too. In Space-Time you can place the work zones by hand, dragging them wherever you want. • CLOSED SKILL (seated) – N-Back, Reactor, Dual Task, Memory Touch, Peripheral, Hunt, Startle: build the cognitive engine in a stable environment. • REACTION TEST – measure your reactivity across 6 modes (Lights, Auditory, Colors, Stroop, Math, Tracking), with a score and team leaderboard. • BREATHING – Box, Calm, Coherence, Activation: switch on before competition, recover after. NEW – HRP PERFORMANCE DIARY Your private performance space: open your day (energy, motivation, sleep), set an objective for each session (pre-game, training, post-game) and close it with your self-assessment. Progress shows you, in black and white, whether you're improving — what you feel and what the app measures. It stays yours: it never reaches the coach. APPLE WATCH Control the iPhone from your wrist during Open Skill and Breathing, without touching the phone. Built-in guide with the science behind every exercise. 5 languages. Made for athletes and coaches.
