Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: OMAT at 5.0 against LightBox Lite's 3.2. OMAT also leads on update cadence (every 10 days vs every 50 months). LightBox Lite's advantage is ratings volume (5 vs 1) and iOS requirement (5.0 vs 17.2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
