Snippath is the simple maintenance management app for teams that fix things. Track work orders, schedule preventive maintenance, run inspection checklists, manage parts inventory, and see exactly what each piece of equipment is costing you — all from your phone. WHO IT'S FOR • Facilities and property management • Equipment-heavy operations (kitchens, gyms, dropzones, manufacturing) • Small businesses ready to stop tracking maintenance in spreadsheets and group chats • Independent maintenance contractors WHAT YOU CAN DO • Public QR-code reporting — anyone can scan a sticker on equipment and file a pre-filled ticket in 30 seconds, no login required • Drag-and-drop kanban triage for managers; mobile assignment list for techs • Inspection checklists with required items — tickets can't close until the checklist is complete • Recurring tasks — schedule HVAC filter swaps, generator runs, fire-extinguisher checks; Snippath auto-creates the ticket when due • Parts inventory with stock levels, reorder thresholds, and barcode scanning for receiving • Per-asset history — every issue, every part, every labor hour rolled up so you see what each asset is actually costing you • Push notifications when you're assigned a new ticket or a watched issue changes PRICING One flat fee per workspace.
