Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Relief Central at 4.6 against POD Assistant's 3.0. Relief Central also leads on ratings volume (924 vs 1). POD Assistant's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 5 months) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
