Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Seenjump at 5.0 against Episoder's 3.4. Seenjump also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 64%) and in-app purchases (none vs 2). Episoder's advantage is update cadence (every 3 days vs fortnightly) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). On price, ratings volume and device support there is nothing between them.
