Tired of "Notification Blindness"? We've all been there: a reminder pops up, you're busy for a second, you swipe it away—and then you forget completely. Most reminder apps notify you once and give up. RemindPro is different. Built for those who need a little extra push—including busy professionals, students, and the ADHD community—RemindPro ensures your most important tasks break through the noise. WHY REMINDPRO IS BETTER: While standard apps are passive, RemindPro is proactive. It doesn't just remind you; it stays with you until the job is done. CORE FEATURES: 1. PERSISTENT "NAG" PROFILES Choose how much "push" you need for every task: * Gentle: 3 pings at 5, 15, and 30 minutes. * Normal: 4 pings to keep you on track. * Aggressive: 5 rapid-fire pings for urgent deadlines. * Custom: Design your own escalation chain. 2. WORKS AROUND YOUR CALENDAR A reminder that would land in the middle of a meeting waits, then fires the moment it ends. Read-only access — your events are never changed and never leave your device — and you choose which calendars count. 3. PROOF YOU DID IT See exactly when you marked something done: today's times, the gap between each one, and previous days. For anyone who has ever stood in the kitchen wondering whether they already took today's dose. 4. LIVE ACTIVITIES & DYNAMIC ISLAND Keep your next "nag" in sight. Our Live Activities provide a real-time visual countdown on your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island, so you always know exactly how much time you have left to act. 5. SMART ALARMS (ALARMKIT) For mission-critical reminders, standard notifications aren't enough. RemindPro can trigger actual alarms that break through Silent Mode and Do Not Disturb, ensuring you wake up or speak up when it matters most. 6. STREAKS & HABIT INSIGHTS Turn consistency into a game. Track your streaks with a built-in grace period and view beautiful analytics dashboards to see when you're most productive. Export your data to CSV for deeper analysis. 7. LOCATION-AWARE TRIGGERS Get reminded exactly when you arrive or leave. Pro Tip: Set "Active Windows" so your grocery list only pings you when the store is actually open. 8. APPLE ECOSYSTEM FIRST * Apple Watch: A full-featured companion app for your wrist. * Siri Shortcuts: "Hey Siri, I took my meds" – mark tasks done with just your voice. * Widgets: Interactive Home Screen widgets to mark tasks done instantly. * iCloud Sync: Your reminders, perfectly synced across all your devices. 9. INTELLIGENT & BEAUTIFUL * Smart Icons: Our AI-powered engine automatically assigns the perfect icon based on your task title (e.g., "Gym" gets a dumbbell). * Premium Design: A modern, high-contrast interface using custom Syne & DM Sans typography that makes productivity feel like a premium experience. PERFECT FOR: * ADHD Management: Persistence that acts as an external executive function. * Medication Tracking: Never miss a dose with "Aggressive" nagging. * Daily Habits: Build streaks for water, exercise, and mindfulness. * Time-Sensitive Work: Stay on top of meetings and deadlines.
