The call

The clearest difference is rating: Fiery Feeds at 4.5 against Feeddler RSS News Reader's 3.8. Fiery Feeds also leads on update cadence (weekly vs every 4 weeks) and ratings volume (469 vs 48). Feeddler RSS News Reader's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 10) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 17.4). On price, review sentiment, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

ReceptionRating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings

Fiery Feeds holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Fiery Feeds has 469 ratings behind it against 48, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 80% of Feeddler RSS News Reader's written reviews are positive against 73% of Fiery Feeds's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

UpkeepUpdate frequency

Feeddler RSS News Reader ships an update every 4 weeks, Fiery Feeds weekly. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and November 2, 2026 respectively.
