ReceptionRating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings

Footsteps Pedometer Lite holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Footsteps Pedometer Lite has 370 ratings behind it against 20, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 47% of Footsteps Pedometer Lite's written reviews are positive against 73% of Steps for Watch's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

UpkeepUpdate frequency

Footsteps Pedometer Lite ships an update every 2 months, Steps for Watch every 35 months. The most recent releases landed on September 21, 2026 and September 10, 2026 respectively.
