Use a pedometer to see how much you've walked to reach your daily steps goal or understand how many steps you need to lose weight. The steps goal can be adjusted in the settings. The pedometer converts your activity into consumed calories and you can more accurately calculate the balance of consumption and expenditure of calories, change your diet and physical activity. This app integrates with Apple Health to display your activity data and make information graphs and display tabs with this data.
