Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Wrong Button! at none against Yes / No Button's 1. Wrong Button! also leads on iOS requirement (9.3 vs 15.0). Yes / No Button's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (162 vs 28). On price, rating, review sentiment and update cadence there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Yes / No Button sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Wrong Button! asks for nothing beyond the download.
Yes / No Button holds the better App Store score, 4.1 against 3.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Yes / No Button has 162 ratings behind it against 28, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 55% of Wrong Button!'s written reviews are positive against 52% of Yes / No Button's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Wrong Button! ships an update every 4 months, Yes / No Button every 6 months. The most recent releases landed on October 2, 2026 and October 4, 2026 respectively.
