iPhone2SignalK turns your iPhone into a navigation and instrument source for Signal K and NMEA — with tracks, anchor watch (including remote) and on-device weather routing. COMPASS & INSTRUMENTS The compass rose runs with compass enabled, even when not sending. Choose heading, pitch, roll and position. SOG is sent by default. Optional ERA, COG and wind (including apparent). Analog instrument with SOG scale and windex; depth and wind from receive even without your own recording. CONNECTIVITY Send and receive data over UDP (Signal K JSON or NMEA), optional NMEA over TCP and HTTP PUT. Multiple destinations, typically port 10110. Tokens in the Keychain. Receive depth and wind from plotter/instruments without sending — or send iPhone GPS and compass to Signal K / OpenPlotter. GPX & TRACKS Record tracks including available boat data (e.g. wind, depth, heading) when received or measured. Waypoints, stats, map replay. OSM, OpenSeaMap, Apple Maps; optional Google tiles (your Map Tiles key) and offline MBTiles (you import — licensing is yours). Optional wind overlay on Tracks (same styles as Routing). ANCHOR WATCH Local watch with alarm circle, persistence, Live Activity and notifications. Optional remote anchor watch on a second Apple device (different Apple ID): master shares via QR (iCloud/CloudKit); follower sees distance and alarm in the background. Control only on the master; both devices need iCloud. WEATHER ROUTING Routing tab: start/destination (optional vias), boat polar, isochrones or Dijkstra — computed locally on the device. Weather from NOAA/OpenGribs/DWD/Open-Meteo; optional SailDocs by email and GRIB import; wind/waves/currents cached separately; optional GEBCO, OSM coastline and inland water. No-go zones and custom land/water zones. After a find: smooth or re-route, depth check. Optional tide curve when tidal range exceeds 1 m. A planning aid — not a chart and not a substitute for navigation. WIDGETS Home Screen widgets for GPX track and anchor watch. NOTES The developer does not collect data. Routing/GEBCO/tide are on-device model data. Allow Location Always for background features. Free, no ads, no in-app purchases. Use at your own risk. HOBBY PROJECT Private hobby project. No warranty. Feedback welcome, with no entitlement to a reply or changes.

TIME Magazine's advantage is chart position (#132 vs unranked) and iOS requirement (15.6 vs 18.0). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.
