Verdict

The call

The clearest difference is rating: CloudDisk at 5.0 against LineLearner lite's 3.1. CloudDisk also leads on update cadence (every 2 days vs every 2 months). LineLearner lite's advantage is ratings volume (19 vs 1) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
