Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: TurningPoint+ at none against Harvest+'s shown. TurningPoint+ also leads on update cadence (every 8 days vs every 2 months) and rating (4.8 vs 4.4). On price, review sentiment, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
TurningPoint+ holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.4. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 146 and 670 respectively.
