Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: VOM App at 4.9 against Harvest+'s 4.4. VOM App also leads on review sentiment (95% vs 71%) and ratings volume (5.6K vs 157). Harvest+'s advantage is update cadence (every 2 months vs every 5 months) and monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
