Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: 아이파킹 MEMBERS at 5.0 against 오피넷's 3.3. 아이파킹 MEMBERS also leads on iOS requirement (9.3 vs 14.0). 오피넷's advantage is review sentiment (49% vs 22%) and update cadence (monthly vs every 4 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
아이파킹 MEMBERS holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 오피넷 has 12 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 49% of 오피넷's written reviews are positive against 22% of 아이파킹 MEMBERS's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
오피넷 ships an update monthly, 아이파킹 MEMBERS every 4 months. Both last shipped on October 29, 2026.
