Verdict

The call

The clearest difference is rating: Music Theory Chords at 5.0 against Piano Notes Pro's 3.8. Music Theory Chords also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 1) and price ($1.99 vs $2.99). Piano Notes Pro's advantage is update cadence (every 2 months vs every 28 months) and ratings volume (16 vs 1). On ads and device support there is nothing between them.
