Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Procore at 4.6 against TimePilot XBlue Sky's 4.0. Procore also leads on update cadence (weekly vs every 3 months) and ratings volume (47K vs 3). TimePilot XBlue Sky's advantage is monetization model (free vs freemium) and iOS requirement (10.3 vs 17.1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
