Verdict
The clearest difference is price: Fullscript at Free against Blood Type Diet®'s $3.99. Fullscript also leads on rating (4.9 vs 4.2) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 5 months). Blood Type Diet®'s advantage is chart position (#9 vs #92) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.1). On ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
