C-Line is an addictive puzzle game about connecting similar items. The player can move one ball per turn, and the player may only move a ball to a particular place if there is a path between the current position and the desired cell. The goal is to remove balls by forming horizontal, vertical or diagonal lines. New balls are coming pretty fast.

Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: C at none against Downfall's 1. Downfall's advantage is update cadence (every 4 months vs every 27 months) and iOS requirement (6.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.
