Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Pocket Heart at 4.7 against Biochemistry's 2.0. Pocket Heart also leads on ratings volume (492 vs 2) and review sentiment (78% vs 67%). Biochemistry's advantage is monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription) and update cadence (every 5 months vs every 11 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
