Dissatisfied with the official Quicken iOS apps and only need to enter receipts on-the-go? Looking for a way to enter GnuCash transactions on the go? iQIF is perfect for you — now with support for importing .gnucash XML Account exports, and a brand-new, modern redesign built entirely in SwiftUI. iQIF lets you effortlessly create transactions on your iOS device and, when ready, export them as a QIF file that can be imported by Quicken, GnuCash, or any other money-management app. It is NOT a bloated pocket version of a full finance app — it's simply a fast mobile interface for creating transactions (it does not sync both ways with Quicken). Please note that your desktop finance application must be able to import QIF files. KNOWN ISSUES: PLEASE VERIFY YOUR VERSION OF QUICKEN CAN IMPORT QIF FILES BEFORE PURCHASING. Some newer versions of Quicken have deprecated the QIF format in favor of the proprietary OFX format. Does NOT work with Quicken Essentials. *** PLEASE CONTACT ME PERSONALLY WITH PROBLEMS BEFORE GIVING UP ON iQIF — I can't reach out to people who leave a critical review, but in many cases I can fix the issue or help you work around it. ***

Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: iQIF at 83% against ExpenseApp ※'s 25%. iQIF also leads on chart position (#183 vs unranked) and ratings volume (28 vs 6). ExpenseApp ※'s advantage is rating (4.8 vs 4.2) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). On ads, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.
