Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: الصحف والمجلات العربية at 5.0 against Ajel's 4.2. الصحف والمجلات العربية also leads on ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). Ajel's advantage is ratings volume (559 vs 2) and update cadence (every 2 months vs every 8 months). On price, review sentiment, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
