Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: Hiper Fm at none against Cidade's shown. Hiper Fm also leads on monetization model (free vs ad-supported) and iOS requirement (10.0 vs 17.0). Cidade's advantage is update cadence (every 2 months vs every 5 months). On price, rating, review sentiment and ratings volume there is nothing between them.
