Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: 東森新聞 at 4.4 against 東網's 2.4. 東森新聞 also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 2) and ratings volume (474 vs 12). 東網's advantage is update cadence (monthly vs every 2 months). On price, review sentiment, ads and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.
