旺旺中時 holds the better App Store score, 3.3 against 2.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 旺旺中時 has 117 ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 13% of 旺旺中時's written reviews are positive against 33% of 民視新聞's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
