L’applicazione permette di gestire e monitorare i prospect ed i clienti acquisiti, con un accesso ai dati statistici dei clienti e di funzionamento delle macchine installate; consultare le offerte e formularne di nuove; effettuare le visite commerciali con il supporto del sistema di geolocalizzazione per individuare la posizione di clienti e prospect; analizzare le chiamate di pertinenza dei clienti, e registrare eventuali azioni in chiusura delle stesse; pianificare azioni di natura commerciale; analizzare i reclami in essere e registrarne l’itero iter di gestione; registrare verifiche ispettive presso i Punti Vendita, scattando foto al Distributore Automatico a riprova del relativo esito registrato; registrare azioni di Customer Satisfaction, consentendo facili statistiche sul livello di soddisfazione del proprio parco clienti.
