Verdict
The clearest difference is price: Feedly at Free against WatchFeed's $0.99. Feedly also leads on ratings volume (26K vs 5) and update cadence (every 5 weeks vs every 4 months). WatchFeed's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 3) and review sentiment (67% vs 40%). On ads and device support there is nothing between them.
