Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Piano Chords Master at 4.5 against Chordbot Lite's 3.8. Piano Chords Master also leads on update cadence (every 6 weeks vs every 14 months) and ratings volume (66 vs 12). Chordbot Lite's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 3) and ads (none vs shown). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Piano Chords Master sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Chordbot Lite asks for nothing beyond the download.
Piano Chords Master holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Piano Chords Master has 66 ratings behind it against 12, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 77% of Chordbot Lite's written reviews are positive against 67% of Piano Chords Master's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Chordbot Lite ships an update every 14 months, Piano Chords Master every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and November 2, 2026 respectively.
