Körlogg

Körlogg is the mileage log that keeps itself. The app notices when you start driving, measures the trip with GPS and adds it to the list. Swipe business or private, and the report is ready in the layout the tax authority expects — Skatteverket in Sweden, Skattestyrelsen in Denmark, Skatteetaten in Norway, the Finanzamt in Germany and Austria. NO ACCOUNT, NO SERVER Your trips are stored on your phone, and in your own iCloud if you turn on sync. No employer can watch you live and nobody sees anything until you export a report yourself. BATTERY FRIENDLY Between trips the app only listens for motion. GPS is on during the trip itself, and iOS always shows when it is in use. NO TRIP LIMITS Unlimited trips for free. Automatic and manual logging, one vehicle, one driver and the monthly summary are included without paying. The details of the last 25 trips are open; older trips open with Pro. SIX COUNTRIES, ONE PER CAR Each car follows one country's rules, chosen when you add it — separately from the app language, so changing language never changes your figures. • Sweden: 25, 12 or 9.50 kr per 10 km depending on the car. • Denmark: 3.94 kr per km up to 20,000 km a year and 2.28 kr above it, with the trip that crosses the threshold split in two. A company car earns no tax-free allowance, and the app says so rather than showing a bare zero. • Norway: the state rate of 5.30 kr per km, of which 3.50 kr is tax-free, worked out for you. • Germany: €0.30 per km for business trips in your own car; for a company car, the private share of all kilometres. • Austria: the official Kilometergeld of €0.50 per km, tax-free up to 30,000 km a year, and the half Sachbezug check for a company car. • Netherlands: €0.25 per km tax-free for business trips and commuting in your own car, and a 500 km meter for the private kilometres of a company car (bijtelling). In Germany and Austria the log is kept the way the Finanzamt expects: entries lock after seven days, and a trip is cancelled with a reason rather than deleted. WHAT THE TAX AUTHORITY WANTS • Registration number and odometer at the start and end of the year • Date, start and end address, kilometres per trip • Purpose, places visited, companies and contacts • Driver and notes The report also shows the difference between the log and the odometer so you can correct with one number instead of trip by trip. KÖRLOGG PRO • PDF and Excel export with dates, addresses, purpose and kilometres • Several vehicles • Sync between iPhone and iPad, backed up in your own iCloud • Odometer reconciliation at year end • Saved routes and one-tap round trips • Reimbursement worked out for you, with the rates editable each January • Counter for "ringa omfattning" with a company car, Sweden only (10 trips and 1,000 km) • Every trip open, not just the last 25 • Sorting and filtering in the trip list Prices are shown in the app before you pay. A yearly subscription, or a one-time purchase that lasts for good. FOR WHOM Sole traders with their own car, employees who drive their own car for work, tradespeople, sales reps, consultants and anyone who claims mileage. Körlogg is independent and has no affiliation with any tax authority. Always check current rules and rates.
