Verdict
The clearest difference is price: Loopseque Lite at Free against moodscaper's $1.99. Loopseque Lite also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.8) and iOS requirement (5.1.1 vs 15.6). moodscaper's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 26 months) and ratings volume (29 vs 2). On ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Loopseque Lite is free to download; moodscaper costs $1.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Loopseque Lite holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: moodscaper has 29 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 83% of Loopseque Lite's written reviews are positive against 94% of moodscaper's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Loopseque Lite ships an update every 26 months, moodscaper every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 9, 2026 and October 4, 2026 respectively.
