Have a question with an order? Use the support request panel to ask us a question and even attach a photo from your built in camera. WHCC App Features: • Login and see all of your orders at a glance. You can scroll back as far as you’d like. • Filter the order list by order number and order reference. • Select an order and view the detailed tracking status as your order is received, produced and shipped. You can also view the cost of all items on the order. • Click through to the FedEx, UPS and USPS websites to view package tracking status and estimated delivery dates for shipped orders. • Ask us a support question right through the app, including attaching an existing photo or taking a photo with your iPhone’s camera. • If you’d rather talk on the phone, you can see our customer service hours and call us directly from the app. • See Featured Products to stay on top of all the cool new products we release.
