Electromag is an educative application in support to a high-school or university course of electromagnetism. It contains not only a memorandum of the basic equations, but it also contains approximately twenty animations illustrating the various concepts of electromagnetism. This application runs also on iPad and iPod Touch 3rd generation and later. 50 screens of electromagnetism! For teachers !! Connect your iPad with a video projector and show the animations to your students in classroom. List of covered subjects: Electrostatics: Coulomb'sLaw, Electric Field, Gauss Theorem, Electric Potential, Capacitance. Electric Current: Current and Resistance, Circuits. Magnetism: Magnetic Field, Magnetic Fields Due to Currents, Electromagnetic Induction, Inductance. Electromagnetism: Maxwell Equations, Wave Equation. Physical Constants. Each section contains at least one animation of which some in 3D. List of animations: - Coulomb's law, - Electric field lines, - Movement of a charge in electric field, - Electric dipole, - Lead-acid battery, - Torque on a current loop (in 3D), - Charge in magnetic field, - Cyclotron, - Induction field due to a current in a long straight wire (in 3D), - Generator (in 3D).

About

WikiSpaces 3D is about enabling people to go places *virtually*, where they couldn't go otherwise (physically), by providing a collection of such places as 3d-scans, spaces, explorable in VR (yes, also with vr glasses). (3D-scans made with Matterport.) There are already some really cool spaces: from Boeing 747 cockpits to Egyptian tombs or the LeBron James Arena! (search for those in the app!) But why? Mainly, it's about providing educational value and making knowledge accessible: in times of pandemics, students are not able to visit interesting places like museums or galleries; but if said place has been 3d-scanned and shared on WikiSpaces, students can visit it virtually. But it's really about everyone: some of the spaces allow exclusive visits to places you could normally never go to, such as a Boeing 747 cockpit (unless your friend's friend is a pilot of course, ha), or simply places far far away. Really free? Yes absolutely! Just like Wikipedia aims to share knowledge for free, WikiSpaces does too. Building WikiSpaces has been possible only because the EU has provided generous funding (subsidies) for this project. What about user-submitted content though? All spaces are shared under the CC BY 4.0 license (read more on wiki-spaces.org/license) Supported by Europe We're glad to announce that the European Union is supporting WikiSpaces 3D with funds from the EFRE subsidies program via the German state of Saxony-Anhalt. We are truly grateful for this generous support, because otherwise, creating WikiSpaces would not have been possible. Disclaimer: WikiSpaces 3D is not affiliated with or related to Wikipedia or Matterport in any way.
