The E-Suite platform is a mobile experience that offers a robust suite of professional development services and resources that range from direct one-on-one coaching to elevate your career to curated activities to help you think through your goals. E-Suite Coaching features personalized, culturally competent, one-on-one virtual coaching that is easily accessed. The holistic coaching approach built by the Academy for Advancing Excellence addresses the specific professional and personal development needs of Black women and women of color. E-Suite Mentorships & Internships takes an innovative phygital approach to career development for the next generation of leaders. This offering delivers self-directed development tools as well as, community messaging and support. In a future phase, members of the community will have the opportunity to match with mentors and internships.
