Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Nets Up at 5.0 against USAL Mobile Coach's 2.8. Nets Up also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 10) and update cadence (monthly vs every 8 months). USAL Mobile Coach's advantage is ratings volume (12 vs 1) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.1). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.
