HIIT Counter is a glanceable interval timer for workouts where you want to focus on movement, not the screen. BUILD YOUR WORKOUT • Set Train and Rest times from 5 seconds to 5 minutes • Choose sets per exercise and number of exercises • See the total workout time before you start • One-tap Tabata (20 s on, 10 s off, 8 rounds) • Save your own presets and reuse them any time STAY IN THE ZONE • Big, color-coded countdown ring: green to train, red to rest • Sounds, spoken coach cues and haptics for every segment change • Encouragement during Train: "Push!" and "Almost there!" on longer intervals • Breathing guide on rest: paced in, hold and out cues with a longer exhale for recovery • Cues mix over your music and work with the Silent switch • Live Activities keep the current interval on your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island • Pause, resume or end early at any time • The screen stays awake during a workout TRACK YOUR PROGRESS • History of every workout with weekly and monthly totals • Daily streaks to keep you consistent • Optionally save finished workouts to Apple Health, with estimated active energy based on your weight in Health (including Withings scales) SIRI AND SHORTCUTS Start a saved preset or a custom workout by voice or from Shortcuts. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account, no ads and no tracking. Your workouts stay on your device. Apple Health access is optional. OPTIONAL AI WORKOUT DESIGNER On devices with Apple Intelligence, describe the workout you want, such as "15 minutes, no equipment, beginner", and HIIT Counter drafts an interval plan using Apple's on-device model. Everything else in the app works without it. Perfect for HIIT, Tabata, circuit training, boxing rounds, home workouts and gym sessions.
