Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Quiz at 4.5 against Bela's 3.0. Quiz also leads on ratings volume (73 vs 4). Bela's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 7) and ads (none vs shown). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Quiz sells 7 one-off in-app purchases. Bela asks for nothing beyond the download.
Quiz holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Quiz has 73 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 47% of Bela's written reviews are positive against 39% of Quiz's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Bela ships an update every 2 months, Quiz every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
