Five-O puts a numerical twist on the classic crossword board game! Instead of letters, you place number tiles, forming sequences that must add up to multiples of five, with no more than five tiles per sequence. Think strategically, maximize your bonuses, and outscore your opponent! Features: Easy to learn rules Single player mode with challenging computer opponents Online Multiplayer! Play with your friends or let Game Center find you a match Simple controls, just touch and drag the tiles to the board Hints for when you get stuck How to play: Players take turns placing intersecting sequences of numbers on the board which sum to multiples of five. For example, 7-3-8-7 would be a valid sequence because it adds up to 25. The sequence 3-9-5 is not valid because it adds up to 17 which is not a multiple of five. On each turn, players may play tiles in one straight line sequence, horizontally or vertically. The first sequence must be played on the center square, and all sequences after that must intersect with tiles already in play. The score for each play is the sum of all the number tiles in sequences completed on that turn. Colored bonus squares award extra points and multipliers. At the end of each turn, players draw new tiles to replace the ones played. The game ends when a player plays all of their remaining tiles and there are no more tiles left to draw.

Build your path. Break theirs. Qu is a relaxed but razor-sharp tile game where every move shapes the board. Extend your own path or cut off your opponent's in a battle of timing, tactics, and bold decisions. Learn fast. Think deeper. A hands-on tutorial walks you through tile placement, orientation, and scoring right on the board. Beneath the simple rules lies a game of strategy, psychology, and long-term planning. One puzzle. One shot. Everyone. The Game of the Day gives every player the same board and the same tiles, once a day. You get a single attempt against the GPA AI, so every placement matters. Climb the daily leaderboard, check how friends did, and share a spoiler-free result that never reveals the solution. Every match feels new. Face the GPA AI on Easy or Medium, challenge a Game Center friend directly, or match with a rival online. No two games play the same. Choose your mode. Choose your board. • Take on the Game of the Day — one shared daily puzzle for the whole world • Play Small, Large, or Advanced games online • Play Easy or Medium against the GPA AI • Start a game with a friend through Quick Play Tap to rotate. Drop with intent. Tap any tray tile to cycle through the orientations that actually fit, then place it. A live count shows how many tiles you have left. Stuck with a bad draw? Swap your whole tray for a fresh one. Outmatched? Propose a concede, or resign and move on. Talk trash. Take it too. Every match carries its own message thread. Send a jab when you pull ahead, own it when you don't — the conversation lives right alongside the board. Climb the leaderboard. Keep your streak alive. Play every day to build your streak and rise through the ranks. Your lobby keeps a daily podium, a streak board, and a month-long score graph — all in one swipe. The graph now races the month's leaders against last month's finishers so you can see if you're beating your own pace. Every rank carries its own color, from Gold at the top down to Chartreuse. Relive the win. When a match ends, Qu replays the board move by move and breaks down exactly how the score was won. Then run it back with a rematch. Simple to start. Hard to put down.

Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Qu Game at 5.0 against Five's 4.5. Qu Game also leads on ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 2 months vs every 4 months). Five's advantage is ratings volume (71 vs 7) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 17.0). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
