Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Index.hu at 4.5 against Nemzeti Sport's 1.0. Index.hu also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 3 months) and review sentiment (32% vs 6%). Nemzeti Sport's advantage is monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
