Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: النفس الزكية at 95% against Alwatani's 28%. النفس الزكية also leads on rating (4.6 vs 3.2) and ratings volume (14K vs 744). Alwatani's advantage is update cadence (every 5 days vs every 3 weeks) and iOS requirement (15 vs 18.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
