Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Anytime Academy at 5.0 against ParentVUE's 1.9. Anytime Academy also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.6). ParentVUE's advantage is ratings volume (196 vs 1) and update cadence (every 3 months vs every 12 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
